Enthusiastic and energetic architects (B-Arch/M-arch) only with knowledge of Autocad, sketchup, lumion, photoshop.etc
4-5 years experience of working on residential projects especially redevelopment projects would be an added advantage.
Through understanding of pmc bylaws ,constructional details, ability to check and guide team members and instruct the contractor on site is necessary.
Should have an experience of heading the project independently.
Good presentation skills using latest 2D and 3D software's.
Good communication skills and knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Coordinate with Liasoning Architects/Engineers to get approval/ completion from PMC/PCMC/PMRDA, Coordinate with various agencies to get NOC's for sanctioning work.
- Producing detail specifications & Amenities for Sales team & Construction team.
- Monitor & Coordinate with the project team for execution work. Site checking & site coordination.
- An understanding of all aspects of the design# Design Leadership
