Develop conceptual design for various types of Architectural and interior projects.
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C specialists & site engineers.
Prepare the detail drawings and GFCs for the execution of the project with the coordination of structural and MEPF design.
Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.
Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project.
Prepare New Project Reports & check its feasibility.
Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have minimum 7+ years experience and must have B. Arch and good to have M. Arch degree.
Proven working experience as an Architect in Real Estate / Developers with High Rise Residential Building. Good to have experience from conceptual design to execution.
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Auto CAD, BIM, SketchUp, Revit or similar).
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
Communication and project management skills.
Good to have Knowledge of DP and DCPR.
