Senior AR Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers. You will be tasked with monitoring accounts to track outstanding debts and maintaining updated records of all accounts receivable transactions. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare AR aging reports and provide support during month-end closing activities. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues will also be a key part of your role. In the event of audits, you will assist by supplying the necessary documentation. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, although it is not mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is required. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is essential, along with strong Excel and data entry skills. Effective communication and organizational abilities are also necessary, along with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule that includes night shifts from Monday to Friday. The work location for this role is in-person.,
