Senior Application Support Engineer (MEAN Stack)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, MEAN Stack, DevOps tools, and container platforms to join our team.

Role Overview

• Provide end-to-end application support with a strong focus on MEAN Stack & Node.js.
• Handle production incidents, troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets within SLA, and support change management.
• Work closely with global teams and follow ITIL best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvements, automation, and performance optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience in Application Support
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Open-Source MEAN stack & Node.js
