• 12+ years of proven experience in Molecular & Cell Biology.
• 10+ years of industry driven experience in relevant domains.
• Prior experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific instrumentation is desirable.
  

Role Summary:

• Develop and implement end-to-end workflows for critical application areas, including:
  

• Conduct workflow demonstrations for both internal collaborators and customers.
• Develop POCs on the Workflows.
• Deliver hands-on technical support and application training at the CEC.
• Troubleshoot and optimize protocols to drive successful outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to support business growth.
• Champion solution adoption by providing technical expertise across divisional boundaries.
• Build and reinforce customer confidence by showcasing reliable and innovative workflows.
