• Technical Expertise

• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, SQL, JAVA, HTML, CSS, APACHE, SQL Developer, XML etc.
• Deep understanding of Avaya applications (OD, AEP, POM, Predictive Dialer).
• Knowledge of TTS, STT, Generative AI, and Conversational AI on multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with Avaya enablement services (TSAPI, DLG, DMCC).
• Working knowledge of Genesys IVR and Genesys Foundry.
• iOS, Android development knowledge would be added advantage.
• Experience in designing Conversational AI workflows with LLMs and third-party AI APIs.
• Exposure to omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, messaging).

• Cloud & Platform Knowledge

• Experience with cloud telephony/contact center platforms: Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Zoom, RingCentral.
• Understanding of API integrations, cloud deployments, and microservices architecture is a plus.

• Professional Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
