Senior Application Engineer Primary Skills: Java, J2ee,Springboot Secondary Skills: C Programming, Shell System, UNIX Server Location: Pune Experience: 5 – 8 years NP- Immediate to 15 days Domain : Must have Cards and Payment domain background Job Role: As part of compliance with the SLAs of Payment Services customers, he participates in the assistance and treatment of incidents reported by the RUN IT teams, supervises the Support team, ensures the resolution of incidents, with the aim of compliance contractual commitments (deadlines, quality, cost, etc.) Roles and responsibilities Participate in the handling of incidents with the aim of their resolution. Participate in respecting commitments/SLAs. Participate in RUN team support. Ensure the supervision of consultants on site with the aim of satisfying the Client.
