Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Specialist located in Delhi NCR. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting application issues, and offering application support to our clients. Daily tasks include analyzing system performance, communicating with clients to resolve issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of our applications.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating system performance and troubleshooting issues
Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support to assist clients effectively
Excellent Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve application-related issues
Good Communication skills for interacting with clients and providing clear support
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
