Senior Application Developer - Salesforce

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at a Fortune Global 500 organization like UPS, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. - Leading the development and delivery of Salesforce projects, including customizations, configurations, and data migrations. - Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Integrating Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, middleware platforms, or custom APIs. - Optimizing performance and ensuring high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of all development work. - Working in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in micro frontend and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud-native application design, especially on Azure. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
