As a Senior Salesforce Developer at UPS, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and delivery of Salesforce projects, collaborating with business analysts to gather requirements, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. Your expertise in Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex Triggers, and other Salesforce technologies will be essential in optimizing performance and ensuring high code quality through code reviews and unit testing. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. - Lead Salesforce projects including customizations, configurations, and data migrations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft or custom APIs. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Maintain clear documentation of all development work. - Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience in micro frontend and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud-native application design, especially on Azure. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Effective time management and organizational capabilities. - Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. - Strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
