Senior Angular UI Developer

As an Applications Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team in establishing and implementing new application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to drive applications systems analysis and programming activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of Applications Development professionals to achieve goals and handle personnel duties such as performance evaluations, training, hiring, and disciplinary actions - Oversee technical issue escalation process and prioritize issue resolution - Provide technical oversight across systems and applications by leveraging skills in Applications Development - Communicate departmental interdependence internally and externally, and across products and projects - Utilize in-depth knowledge to resolve issues within applications development - Analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and industry standards - Contribute to planning, budget management, procedure formulation, and resource planning - Assess risk appropriately in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations - Demonstrate leadership and management skills, clear communication, and ethical judgment **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of relevant experience - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Ability to make technical decisions on software development projects - Familiarity with dependency management, change management, testing tools, and audit/compliance requirements - Extensive knowledge of software engineering and object-oriented design - Demonstrated leadership and management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides an overview of the work performed.
