Key Responsibilities: - Possess good domain expertise in areas such as Managed IPT, Data center, Security, CRM, Digital Transformation, etc. - Background in Telecom/IT consulting or management consulting is a plus. - Utilize research databases effectively. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills. - Lead business analysis projects independently. - Organize, analyze, and summarize data using appropriate methodologies. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality. - Contribute to developing innovative frameworks for the TMT practice. - Work on consultative projects for TMT clients to help them develop strategies and solve complex problems. - Mentor analysts and senior analysts for project execution. - Utilize advanced AI tools for insights extraction and process optimization. - Build domain knowledge in niche technology areas as per project requirements. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of business research or strategic consulting experience. - Proven track record of analytical problem-solving. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA preferred. - Strong academics with good communication skills.
