Senior Analyst / TL / AM - FNA ( R2R. P2P, O2C )

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst/TL/AM to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in Record to Report or Procure to Pay or Order to Cash.

The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder and team handling and will have a proven track record of leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to achieve process improvements and efficiency gains in Record to Report or Procure to Pay or Order to Cash processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and resolve complex financial and accounting issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal and external stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce, BMS Finance, or any accounting background.
• 5-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in Record to Report or Procure to Pay or Order to Cash processes.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial and accounting issues.
