Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, Product Delivery in the Project Management team at Product Delivery (PD), you will play a crucial role in enabling and empowering the core of Customer Delivery in the Asia Pacific region. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing streamlined knowledge, expertise, materials, training, and education to support large-scale deployment of Mastercard products and platforms. By leveraging global partnerships and subject-matter expertise, you will contribute to fostering innovation and ensuring the readiness of products for deployment. Your primary focus will be on overseeing, supporting, and providing technical project management for the deployment of Mastercard products, including the technical integration of product APIs. This will involve collaborating with internal cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Delivery partners, and Business teams. Additionally, you will work closely with the Enablement arm to ensure that products and new features are prepared for rollout in new markets. In your role, you will lead and project manage First-In-Market (FIM) projects, serve as the primary interface to customers, conduct workshops, develop project implementation plans, track project schedules and risks, and prepare comprehensive project status reports for all stakeholders. Your ability to engage with external customers to understand their solution requirements, manage and resolve issues, and provide technical support will be critical for project success. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific markets and engage with the Mastercard Global Product team based in other regions when necessary. Adaptability to different time zones and the use of advanced communication tools will be essential for effective collaboration. To excel in this role, you should possess a valid PMP certification or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of technical project management experience in a customer-facing environment. Your passion for enabling new products, comfort with ambiguity, ability to work independently, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and multi-lingual capability will be key assets. Additionally, a willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes is expected.
