Senior Analyst, Practice Analytics and Operations (APAC) - Private Equity Practice

As a proud member of the team at Bain & Company, you will be joining the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) group in the Private Equity practice. The PE practice at Bain & Company is recognized as the leading consulting partner to the private equity industry, having grown significantly over the past 15 years. You will play a critical role as an Operations Senior Analyst (OSA) within the Global Strategy & Operations team, supporting strategic planning and operational responsibilities for the practice. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior members of the practice team to execute flawlessly in areas such as strategic plan development, practice reporting and measurement, and budget planning/execution. Your responsibilities will also include managing the tracking and deployment of practice affiliates/experts/advisors, as well as supporting practice meetings, trainings, and calls. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with data and analytics to support strategic planning, ongoing operations, and budgeting process - Own practice reporting and structures metrics; ensure data integrity and highlight trends - Update materials with analytically-driven insights for practice meetings - Contribute to market insights/industry research and support publications on Private Equity market landscape - Update client priority list, track marketing progress, and organize practice postings - Gather inputs and draft newsletters; coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure information-sharing - Track affiliates, experts, leadership roles, and support performance review/HLA process **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor of Arts or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials - Preferred 4-7 years of professional experience - Strong analytical abilities and experience with innovative problem-solving approaches - Proficiency in analytical tools and coding (e.g. Alteryx, AI/GBTs, Python, Tableau), and Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and engage with senior business executives - Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a global team - Positive mindset, high levels of energy, and enthusiasm - Willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the practice and its case teams As a valued member of the team at Bain & Company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside ambitious change makers and redefine industries.
