Senior Analyst - Platform Operations

You will be joining Cloudologic as a Senior Analyst in XMO located in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of some work from home. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing cloud operations, developing security protocols, managing IT services, and providing strategic insights. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring cloud infrastructure, conducting security assessments, managing incidents, and offering technical support to clients. As part of the XMO team, you will be driving the evolution and operational excellence of the HappySignals platform. It will be your responsibility to ensure platform and data security through your deep knowledge of IT security frameworks and ServiceNow security modules. Collaborating with UX designers and service owners, you will work towards creating a seamless and engaging user experience across the HappySignals platform. Your role will also involve interpreting experience analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Acting as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and service owners, you will translate requirements into actionable solutions. Documentation maintenance, compliance checks, and security-related best practices will be part of your routine tasks to contribute to XMO's broader digital transformation efforts. For this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT product development or platform operations. Your expertise in ServiceNow security modules, IT security standards, user experience design principles, and experience with tools like HappySignals will be valuable. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a cross-functional team or matrixed environment.
