YOUR NEW ROLE

Handling Incident tickets landing to the queue
Working on incident, provide break fix and permanent fix to restore production system availability following outages
Applying effective risk controls on Vulnerability to identify potential threats and minimize or remove a business impact.
Document knowledge articles based on learning from incident / change
Create change and manage change life cycle and implement low/moderate risk changes
Coordinating with Cisco/Juniper vendors for TAC and RCA
Support queue management during Australia business hours
On call support during non-business hours Knowledge and abilities Expertise in TCP/IP, routing and switching Strong practical knowledge of implementing/troubleshooting multi-vendor network environments such as Cisco/Juniper etc. Strong hand-on in implementation & troubleshooting of Data Center Networks. Strong knowledge in packet capturing and analysis

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

4-7 years Technology experience
Hardware - Cisco ISR & ASR routers, Catalyst switches (3750, 4500, 6500), Nexus (9K, 7K, 5K)
Routing and Switching
Layer 2 protocols (STP, LACP, VPC, VDC, VSS, STP, VxLAN)
Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
Networking protocols (MPLS, IPSec, DMVPN, SNMP)
Load Balancer (F5)
