Job Description

Role Overview:

Net Asset Value (NAV) reconciliations

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily NAV reconciliation between fund accounting records and custodian/broker statements.
Investigate and resolve breaks related to cash, positions, pricing, and accruals.
Validate NAV calculations and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Liaise with fund accountants, custodians, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements
and internal control frameworks.
Prepare reconciliation reports and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in automation initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and support training activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Hands on experience in NAV reconciliation or fund accounting.
Strong understanding of investment products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives) and NAV calculation methodology.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation tools; knowledge of fund accounting systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
