Senior Analyst- Learning Operations

As part of the People, Culture & Communications team, you will be leading the transformation of processes with a digital-first approach at the new FBT center. Your role involves delivering successful outcomes in digital solutions and customer experiences, inspiring your team to improve performance, and fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Building strong partnerships with the Learning Design Hub to translate project requirements into learning solutions - Adding new content to all bp learning systems and ensuring key teams are ready to operationalize new content - Analyzing existing content to maintain the health and maturity of the learning catalogue - Ensuring data integrity is maintained across all platforms and supporting team reporting requirements - Understanding business requirements and delivering scalable solutions - Advising on standard methodologies for deploying learning within bp - Building and maintaining working relationships with wider Learning Services teams - Supporting strategic projects and P&C Services + Solutions initiatives - Leading continuous improvement projects using Agile frameworks - Delivering assigned projects within set timeframes and quality standards **Qualifications, Competencies & Attitude:** - Undergraduate (bachelor) degree qualification or equivalent experience - Significant experience in learning process or learning system implementation and maintenance - Digital fluency to work with technology teams for digital product implementation - Customer focus aligned with business and BP wide strategy - Customer management skills to engage and influence key business customers - Continual enhancement of skills in active listening, influencing, and communication The role does not entail significant travel and is a hybrid of office and remote working.
