Senior Analyst

As a Support Operations Analyst at UnifyCX, you will be responsible for preparing enrollment and location forecasts, analyzing data trends, and assisting clients in accessing and understanding forecasts. You will research and evaluate new technologies, develop systems, and update existing systems to drive operational efficiency. Additionally, you will conduct student generation rate studies, review research data for errors, and collaborate with project management teams to monitor progress effectively. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, GIS, or a STEM major, along with at least 2 years of experience in the Analytics field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is required, and experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is preferred. Strong technical aptitude, time management skills, and the ability to handle a heavy workload are essential. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are also needed to excel in this role. You should be willing to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment and be flexible with rotational shifts. Knowledge of GIS tools and the ability to write SQL queries are considered strong assets. Additionally, proficiency in Advanced Excel, data convergence from multiple sources, and data visualization skills are highly desired for this position.
