Senior Analyst

As a VME Real Estate Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior Analyst at EY, you will have the opportunity to be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams. Your role will involve providing real estate valuation, analytical services, and business advisory services to a wide range of clients including developers, builders, investors, lenders, and Fortune 500 companies. You will work as a strategic partner to global real estate practices, delivering efficient and value-added services to meet clients" real estate valuation and diligence requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review or collect market information, analyze real estate documents, perform market research, analyze KPIs, cash flow modeling, and write reports. - Work on valuation or other assigned engagements. - Lead a team of Analysts and/or Senior Analysts to achieve engagement objectives. - Manage small to mid-sized projects, including risk management and ensuring quality and timeline targets are met. - Communicate regularly with the Onshore team about the progress of the local team. - Identify areas for improvement and additional engagement opportunities. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Valuation knowledge of Real & Intangible assets using various methods. - Transaction Analysis and performing Sensitivity Analysis. - Developing valuation models and conducting financial reporting. - Knowledge of research databases and financial statements analysis. - Strong Excel modeling skills and understanding of commercial loan underwriting. - Preparation of Asset Summary Report and specialized asset disposition services. - Strong knowledge of key lease clauses and excellent communication and team-building skills. - Exposure to tools like Tableau, Alteryx is an added advantage.
