About Investment Research (IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve-

Createand maintain MS Excel-based financial models with forecasts

Benchmarkcompanies by financial and operating statistics

Createpresentations on industry and company research for marketing and roadshowactivities

Collectinformation from industry or sector databases

Calculateor compare valuation comparable

Handle adhoc research requests

Collectfinancial data using online and other sources such as Bloomberg and ThomsonReuters

Coordinateand maintain industry databases wherever relevant

Conductextensive company valuations involving approaches such as DCF, DDM, trading andtransaction multiples, and EVA

Preparecompany profiles; earning and flash notes; quarterly updates; coverage, sector, and theme-based reports; newsletters; technology primers, etc.

Summarizeinvestment conference calls and conduct management interviews

What we are looking for:

MBA / CA, with relevant 3+ years of experience in equity research

CFA Level1, 2, or 3 (pursuing or complete) will be advantageous

Abilityto identify and solve issues effectively and within deadlines

Basicknowledge of microeconomics / macroeconomics is must

Strongaccounting and financial analysis skills

Abilityto think outside the box

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

Proficiencyin MS Office, especially MS Excel

Knowledgeof VBA will be advantageous
