Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in Deal Management at MasterCard, your primary role will involve supporting the Deal Management team in Europe by managing small issuing deals effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and managing small customer business agreements - Ensuring consistent execution of agreements by coordinating with all stakeholders - Setting quantifiable goals to drive profitability for both MasterCard and customers - Understanding internal guidelines, pricing, regulatory environment, and business environment to drive profitability - Assisting in maintaining the business case model through testing and updates - Collaborating with the European Sales Team to build profitable deals and provide advisory support - Prioritizing business opportunities independently - Ensuring integrity, compliance, and tracking of business cases and financial models - Incorporating business case performance commitments within contracts with the legal department - Optimizing deal structures by cooperating with other departments such as accounting and local finance - Providing training and advice on business case processes and financial models to account teams - Reviewing business case models built by other analysts - Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for monthly/quarterly dashboards for Senior Executives - Being willing to take on ad-hoc projects as needed by the team Key Qualifications for this role include: - Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance - Experience in financial roles with excellent financial, analytical, and communication skills - Experience in customer-facing roles is an asset - Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic - Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver within deadlines and prioritize tasks - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to adapt to multicultural environments - Process-oriented with strong analytical skills - Ability to identify risks, assess opportunities, and make informed decisions - Customer-focused and solution-oriented - Proficient in Excel with outstanding verbal and written English skills In addition, you will be expected to adhere to MasterCard's security policies and practices, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings to uphold information security standards.,
