Designation: Senior Analyst – Data Engineering Level: L2 Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Bengaluru/Chennai Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team, which is a mix of Data Science and Data Engineering professionals. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with large-scale data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based data architecture to support strategic business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is excited about leveraging modern data engineering technologies to enable data-driven decision-making and analytics at scale. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for campaign data processing and reporting. Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, ADLS Gen 1 & 2 to manage data workflows and storage. Optimize and automate ETL/ELT processes using PySpark, SQL, and Azure services. Collaborate with Data Scientists to ensure data quality and integrity for A/B testing and campaign analytics. Monitor and improve data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in Azure cloud environments. Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong expertise in Data Pipelines, SQL, and PySpark. Hands-on experience with Azure services, especially ADF, Synapse, ADLS Gen 1 & 2. Experience in designing and optimizing ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale datasets. Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and performance optimization. Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data. Knowledge of A/B testing & Investible Models is good to have.
