Role: Senior Analyst - Data Science

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong foundation in exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate excels in building robust data pipelines, identifying high-impact features, and translating complex data into actionable business stories. This role requires both technical depth and business acumen to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct deep data exploration and EDA to uncover hidden patterns and business opportunities.
Build scalable data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning workflows.
Develop and deploy predictive algorithms for classification
Perform advanced feature engineering, identifying variables with high business impact.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate data into insights.
Use data storytelling and visualization to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
Guide junior team members on data best practices, model interpretability, and model monitoring.
