Darwin Box PM & C&B Module Implementation, Improvement in current process along with integration
R&R policy implementation and support for all Noventiq India companies
Salary Ranges for All Position Internal and External Benchmarking One Noventiq India
Support in creating bonus plan for Quarterly and Annual sales performance review.
Participate in Compensation Survey and prepare market benchmarking for organization
M&A Integration C&B Related Support
Salary Increase Cycle Policy creation and process
Offer and Retention Support for market benchmarking and process to TA and HRBP's
