Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in the Advisors & Consulting Services Insights & Enablement group at Mastercard, your primary role is to closely collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across the Services organization to ensure effective execution of the A&CS organization's strategy. Your responsibilities include: - Assessing business processes, digital journeys, and user experience in core systems for key A&CS personas. - Identifying improvement opportunities, designing, and managing business transformational initiatives. - Collaborating with Technical teams to drive systems development and enhancement for optimal user experience and business continuity. - Engaging with stakeholders within A&CS team and across Services organization to ensure successful implementation of business transformational initiatives. Your essential skills and experience should include: - Experience in Digital Transformation, specifically in designing digital journeys and implementing them in broader organizations. - Some level of Project Management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple priorities simultaneously. - Strong analytical skills to conduct robust diagnostics and analysis for designing transformational initiatives. - Ability to work in close partnership with stakeholders in A&CS team, across Services, and Insights & Enablement organization. - Good understanding of Client Services business drivers and agility to work in an agile environment with short sprints and ad-hoc teams. Additionally, you should possess good knowledge of A&CS and other Services teams. Corporate Security Responsibility: As a member of Mastercard, you are entrusted with access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks. It is crucial that you take responsibility for information security by: - Abiding by Mastercard's security policies and practices. - Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the accessed information. - Reporting any suspected information security violation or breach promptly. - Completing all periodic mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard's guidelines.
