Job Description

As an Asset Management Specialist in the IT department of a banking organization located in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for effectively managing hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. Your role will involve tasks such as user asset onboarding and offboarding, contract management, procurement lifecycle management, and utilizing ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Remedy. Additionally, you will be expected to tag and de-tag assets, manage entitlement versus usage of licenses, handle user onboarding and offboarding, renew contracts, negotiate procurement deals, and create plans using MS Project. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Hardware and Software Asset Life Cycle Management - User asset Onboarding and Offboarding - New User Asset Onboarding and Offboarding - Knowledge of Contract Management - Knowledge of Procurement Life Cycle - Knowledge of Project Management tool usage - Knowledge of using ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow and Remedy - Tagging and De-tagging of assets in Hardware Asset Management - Entitlement Vs Usage of licenses - User Onboarding and Offboarding - Contract renewal and negotiations - Procurement Life Cycle - Creating plans in MS Project - Logging into tools like Remedy or Service Now Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate (Engineering / Science),
