Senior Analyst- Application support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining EHSQ systems like Intelex. Your role will involve providing user support, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating communication between the Quality Team, IT, and software vendors. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. You will support testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and upgrades while ensuring compliance with internal quality policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in system administration, with exposure to EHSQ platforms (e.g., Intelex). - Proven experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support. - Strong IT acumen with an interest and ability to learn new systems and technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong coordination skills to bridge gaps between business, IT, and vendors. - Good project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus. - Experience in quality or compliance-driven environments is advantageous.
