Senior Analyst- Application support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining EHSQ systems such as Intelex. Your role will involve providing user support, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating communication between the Quality Team, IT, and software vendors. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, configure, and maintain EHSQ systems like Intelex. - Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve them. - Coordinate and facilitate communication between Quality Team, IT, and software vendors. - Translate business requirements into system configurations. - Support testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and upgrades. - Monitor system performance, manage risks, and address issues. - Document system processes, configurations, and user guidelines. - Manage small to mid-size projects related to system implementation, enhancement, or integration. - Ensure compliance with internal quality policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, with exposure to EHSQ platforms like Intelex. - Proven experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support. - Strong IT acumen with the ability to learn new systems and technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong coordination skills to bridge gaps between business, IT, and vendors. - Good project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus. - Experience in quality or compliance-driven environments is advantageous. Note: Preferred skills include 5-10 years of experience, familiarity with GxP, ISO, or other quality standards, experience with data reporting tools and dashboards, and change management and training experience.,
