Senior Analyst, Analytics

As a Senior Analyst at Cvent, a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, you will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to analyze essential product metrics, conduct usage pattern analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements. Your role will involve communicating data insights effectively through expert analysis and visualization tools, contributing to customer segmentation, and developing market insights content for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing deliverables and ensuring project success. - Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to monitor and evaluate product metrics and performance indicators - Conduct analysis of product adoption trends and usage patterns in partnership with the Product team - Communicate data insights through expert analysis, interpretation, and data visualization using tools like PowerPoint - Create comprehensive charts and high-quality graphics to present analytical insights to internal stakeholders - Define and refine customer segmentation with fellow analysts to support matrix - Provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements in collaboration with Product leadership - Develop scalable market insights and customer insights content for internal office hours, webinars, and industry publications - Identify factors influencing customer performance through research-led approach - Manage deliverables and ensure project success and quality by delivering periodic outputs Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in a product or strategy role in the analytics domain - Bachelors Degree in technology, statistics, sciences, or mathematics, or Engineering with a strong academic record - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and logical organization of information - Proficiency in SQL or Snowflake, Advanced Excel, and BI visualization tools (Mandatory) - Hands-on experience in creating PowerPoint decks and storyboarding - Presentation skills to deliver insights to a larger audience - Excellent project and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, multitask under pressure, and work under ambiguity - Self-driven with the ability to collaborate effectively with geographically spread teams,
