Senior Air Ticketing Executive

As an experienced Air Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international ticketing operations using GDS software, negotiating fares with airlines, and ensuring seamless travel solutions for clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Booking and issuing airline tickets through GDS and other portals. - Negotiating the best fares with airlines for clients and tours. - Handling ticket-related issues such as cancellations, reissuance, and additional bookings. - Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with airlines. - Monitoring tour budgets to secure fares within or below the set budget for maximum profitability. - Assisting clients with ticketing, schedules, fares, and travel-related queries. - Collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth execution. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing. - Bachelors/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field. - Proficiency in GDS software such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc. - Ability to manage corporate clients and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in MS Excel. - Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
