Lead AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of

  LLM-based systems

  and autonomous agents using

  Python

• Architect and optimize

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  pipelines to enhance model accuracy and relevance.
• Design and implement robust

  Text-to-SQL

  solutions for converting natural language queries into executable database queries.
• Apply advanced

  prompt engineering

  techniques to improve model performance and control.
• Develop strategies for parsing, processing, and leveraging

  structured and unstructured data

  to build high-quality training and inference datasets.
• Work with

  AWS services

  (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda) to build scalable and reliable AI infrastructure.
• Utilize

  ML pipeline tools

  , such as

  Amazon SageMaker

  , to manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation to production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver on business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  

Qualifications:

  of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on AI/ML.
• Exceptional proficiency in

  Python

  and its ecosystem for AI/ML development.
• Deep practical knowledge of

  and experience building

  agent-based systems

• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing

  RAG

  and

  Text-to-SQL

  pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with advanced

  prompt engineering

  and handling diverse data formats.
• Experience with

  AWS

  and familiarity with its key services.
• Solid understanding of ML pipeline tools, particularly

  Amazon SageMaker
