Senior AI/ML Engineer - Deep Learning

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models for real-world use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization for high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to bring AI-powered solutions to production.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications and services, ensuring robustness and low-latency inference.
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI/ML research and apply innovative techniques to solve business problems.
• Drive best practices in AI/ML development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python with expertise in ML/DL frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and other data manipulation tools.
• Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical foundations of ML.
• Proven expertise in one or more domains :
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Computer Vision
• Recommendation Systems
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related discipline.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Prior experience in scaling AI/ML systems for enterprise-grade production.
