Senior AI / ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior AI/ML Engineer with 24 years of experience to join our Bangalore-based team for a high-impact Palantir platform engagement. The role involves building scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, supported by robust data engineering and MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, and NLP

- Build end-to-end model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

- Develop Generative AI applications, including prompt engineering and frameworks such as LangChain

- Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to ensure performance and reliability

- Implement and maintain MLOps best practices

- Build and manage ETL pipelines for large-scale data ingestion and transformation

- Work with structured and unstructured data from APIs, databases, and streaming platforms

- Optimize data storage and retrieval using SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud data warehouses

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles

- Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark is a plus)

- Practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

- Experience in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering

- Working knowledge of MLOps concepts and production deployments

Good to Have

- Exposure to the Palantir platform, including awareness of Palantir AIP features

- Experience building Agentic AI applications

- Strong data engineering and cloud analytics background
