We are looking for a skilled Senior AI Engineer with 8 to 13 years of experience in building production-grade AI or search systems, including hands-on experience with RAG. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python/PySpark and respective frameworks, with a proven track record of tuning LLM prompts, embeddings, and fine-tuning loops to maximize results relevance and recall.
Roles and Responsibility
- Own end-to-end RAG solutions, including orchestrating chunking, embedding, ranking, prompting, and answer synthesis for production-grade GenAI assistants.
- Measure key performance indicators such as precision, recall, latency, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX, and business experts to release improvements at pace.
- Lead and mentor a small team of AI engineers.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to complex problems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building production-grade AI or search systems, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with RAG.
- Expertise in Python/PySpark and respective frameworks.
- Proven track record of tuning LLM prompts, embeddings, and fine-tuning loops to maximize results relevance and recall.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with comfort working with global teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to surface problems and drive them to resolution.
- Data-driven pragmatist who anchors decisions in metrics and user feedback, not hype.
- Calm under pressure, able to balance delivery speed with development quality.
