AI Engineer

• Design & Development:

   Build, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow automation tools.

• Architecture:

   Collaborate on designing scalable, reliable AI architectures using platforms such as Dify.ai, Windsurf, or Cursor.

• Research & Innovation:

   Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation tools, and integrate them into our solutions.

• Testing & Validation:

   Develop robust testing and validation processes to ensure AI workflows, agents, and APIs are reliable, accurate, and scalable.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Team Leadership:

   Lead a team of interns focused on AI workflow creation, LLM integrations, and prompt engineering.

• Mentorship:

   Train interns in Generative AI concepts, best practices, and tools, including LLM-based agents and vector databases.

• Project Management:

   Manage project allocations, ensure deliverables align with business goals, and support debugging and deployment of AI solutions.

• Performance Monitoring:

   Track progress, provide feedback, and guide interns in developing their AI engineering careers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

  .

Experience

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

   developing Generative AI systems using LLMs, AI-driven automation, and agent-based architectures and

  5+ years in total

Technical Skills

• Proficient in

  Python

   and

  JavaScript

   (experience with

  FastAPI

   is a plus).
• Experience with AI tools such as

  Dify.ai, Windsurf, Cursor

  , and various

  LLMs

   (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Claude).
• Familiarity with

  containerization tools

   like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of

  CI/CD pipelines

   (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Strong command of version control using

  Git

  .
• Solid foundation in

  computer science fundamentals

  , including data structures and algorithms.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
