Candidate Specification:

Candidate must have 5-8 years of experience in AI & Chatbot testing, functional validation, and quality assurance

Architect the test design and test plan specifically tailored for AI and chatbot testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage across scenarios.
Hands-on experience in testing conversational AI systems, including NLP model behavior intent recognition, and response validation.
Lead AI and chatbot testing efforts for Microsoft Copilot Chat across various access points (Teams, Outlook, Web, and Mobile).
Define and implement a functional testing approach focusing on response accuracy, contextual relevance, and accessibility.
Conduct manual and exploratory testing to validate Copilot
AI-driven interactions, ensuring consistency and usability.
Identify areas for automation of regression and accuracy validation and collaborate with automation teams to implement solutions
