Senior AI Agentic Engineer

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML applications.

2-3 years of hands-on experience developing with Generative AI models, LLMs, or agentic systems.

Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

Practical experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning LLMs.

Experience with agent development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools for deploying and monitoring AI models.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments.

Knowledge of different multi-agent architectures and communication protocols.

Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and strategies for bias mitigation.
