Senior Agile Project Manager M&A / Tech Due Diligence

You will be working as a Senior Agile Project Manager at BigRio, a Digital Transformation consulting firm based in Boston, MA, specializing in data and analytics, custom development, software implementation, and machine learning/AI integrations. Your role will involve managing technology due diligence, M&A projects, and global software engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include leading and overseeing the Agile delivery of software projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally, managing multiple short-term projects simultaneously, providing regular updates to key stakeholders, defining project scopes, ensuring Agile best practices are followed, and facilitating effective communication across different time zones. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12 years of project management experience in a technology/software engineering environment, proven expertise in M&A or Technology Due Diligence, experience with global software engineering teams, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master Certification, previous experience in a hybrid working environment, exposure to tech due diligence in M&A, and a background in software engineering.
