As a Customer Service Call Center Agent at iQor, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients professionally by providing exceptional service to their customers via phone. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, aiming to create a positive experience for each caller. Here's what your role will entail: Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm, greeting customers in a professional manner. - Place outbound calls and engage customers with a positive attitude. - Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, customers, and call center team members based on trust and reliability. - Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent customer service consistently. - Meet department productivity and quality standards. - Aim for first call resolution, taking ownership of customer needs and issues. - Follow instructions for one-call customer resolution effectively. - Provide timely and effective resolution to various customer inquiries and concerns. - Educate customers about our clients" products and services actively. Skills Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment like a call center or retail, showcasing empathy and compassion. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. - Experience in a production environment. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Capacity to maintain accuracy and production standards. - Regular physical attendance is essential for success and meeting objectives. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Education Requirements: - High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate, or equivalent qualification is mandatory. Physical Requirements: - Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force for moving objects. - Visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and computer work. - Ability to speak, listen, type, and sit for extended periods. - Consistent attendance is a vital aspect of the job.
