Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting & Typing

   : Legal documents such as mortgage deeds, agreements, and contracts.

2. Mortgage Deed Execution

   : Handling the full process and client guidance.

3. Registration

   : Filing mortgage deeds with authorities and managing documentation.

4. Bank Interactions

   : Coordinating with banks on legal matters.

5. Property Search & Due Diligence

   : Verifying ownership, liens, and compiling reports.

6. Legal Research

   : Staying updated on property law and case law.

7. Client Communication

   : Providing updates, addressing concerns.

8. Property Titles & Ownership

   : Understanding

   title documents

   ,

   gift deeds

   partition deeds

9. Chain of title

   verification and identifying

   encumbrances

   or disputes
10. RERA Compliance Knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 Builder-buyer agreements, project registration,

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Law degree and bar admission.
• Strong knowledge of property law and mortgages.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council
• Knowledge of property law and mortgage processes
• Detail-oriented and organized
