Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role at Renowned School
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Parent Counselling & Conversion:

  • Understand parent expectations and guide them effectively about the school’s vision, pedagogy, and offerings.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure smooth conversion from inquiry to admission.

Public Relations & School Representation:

  • Act as the face and voice of the school in all formal and informal communications.
  • Represent the school in events, seminars, and community outreach programs.

Front Office & Visitor Management:

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment.
  • Ensure all walk-ins and calls are handled with warmth, efficiency, and accuracy.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Liaise between parents and academic/admin teams to ensure clarity and timely updates.
  • Draft formal communication, circulars, and event invitations when required.

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Support the marketing team in school promotions, admissions campaigns, and digital outreach.
  • Contribute ideas for increasing walk-ins and lead generation, especially during peak admission season.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in a systematic manner.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management on admissions status and trends.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing orientation sessions, open houses, parent meetings, and school functions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and parents for smooth execution of events.

Feedback & Relationship Management:

  • Gather feedback from new parents about the admission process and improve the experience.
  • Build long-term relationships to support word-of-mouth referrals.

Crisis & Conflict Handling:

  • Address concerns and complaints from parents diplomatically and efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Ensure all communications and actions reflect the ethos of Ivy World Play School.
  • Be a role model in professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, confident, and fluent in English
  • Prior experience in an educational institution preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Warm, child-friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with CRM and admissions systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
