Senior Admissions Officer

As a Student Counsellor, your role will involve: - Providing information about academic programs, courses, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes to students. - Guiding students through the application, documentation, and admission process. - Conducting one-on-one and group counselling sessions through in-person, telephonic, or online modes. In terms of Lead Management, you will be responsible for: - Following up on leads via calls, emails, and messages. - Maintaining and updating records in CRM or student management systems. - Achieving monthly and quarterly admission/enrolment targets. Your responsibilities in Events & Outreach will include: - Participating in education fairs, school visits, and open houses. - Conducting information sessions, webinars, and presentations. You will also be involved in Coordination by: - Coordinating with academic and operations teams to ensure timely processing of admissions. - Assisting in visa, accommodation, and orientation support if applicable for overseas education. In terms of Reporting & Documentation, you will be required to: - Prepare regular reports on inquiries, conversions, and admissions performance. - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in student records.
