Xperteez Technology is looking for an experienced and driven Centre Manager / Senior Admission Counsellor to lead our admissions and counselling operations. If you have a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a target-driven mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Location

Barasat | Baguihati | Topsia | Jodhpur Park

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years in admissions, counselling, or education sales

(Experience in Education Industry / EdTech preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Manage, guide, and mentor the telecalling and marketing team

Drive student admissions through effective counselling, follow-ups, and campus visits

Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets

Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional activities

Maintain high standards of student engagement and conversion

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in team handling with target achievement

Excellent communication and counselling skills

Strong leadership and people-management abilities

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment

Fluency in Bengali is mandatory

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
