Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor, located in Chennai. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the entire admissions process. Daily tasks include providing personalized consultations, maintaining relationships with students and partner institutions, conducting seminars and workshops, and supporting students in preparing and submitting their application materials. The role also involves staying updated with global education trends and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills

• Experience in Customer Service and Sales

• Background in Education or related field

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
