About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Administrator with strong experience in managing and administering integrated marketing platforms such as Treasure Data, and related Martech solutions . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in platform administration, user support, system integrations, and day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring that our marketing systems run seamlessly to support business goals.
This role requires both technical administration skills and a strong understanding of marketing workflows , enabling close collaboration with marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
Administer and maintain integrated marketing platforms (Treasure Data).Configure campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation modules.Manage platform upgrades, patches, and migrations.Oversee user access management, license provisioning, and security controls.
Operational & Support Activities
Perform routine monitoring, health checks, and system performance tuning.Troubleshoot incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate with vendor support as needed.Setup Network Connectivity, SSO, LDAP configuration.Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for recurring tasks.Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and security standards.
Integration & Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, DataOps, IT, Analytics) to support end-to-end campaign execution.Manage integrations with CRM, CDP, data lakes, and reporting tools.Provide training and support to business users and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization.Recommend best practices for optimizing platform utilization.Support new feature evaluation and adoption.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).58 years of experience in administering marketing automation and campaign management platforms .Strong hands-on expertise with Treasure Data (experience with IBM Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is a plus).Solid knowledge of SQL, data models, and APIs for integration and data troubleshooting.Familiarity with ETL workflows, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) .Experience in admin tasks such as access management, patching, upgrades, and monitoring.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and lead small projects or initiatives.Alternate JD:
Role AWS Platform/Application Admin
Manage, monitor, and maintains AWS infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).Infrastructure provisioning (servers, storage, networking), security management, application deployment, performance monitoring with tools like CloudWatch, backup and disaster recovery, cost optimization, and automation using scripting and infrastructure as code.Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud services while collaborating with development teams.Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure ManagementSet up, configure, and maintain AWS resources such as virtual servers (EC2), storage (S3), networking (VPC), databases (RDS), and load balancers.SecurityImplement and enforce security best practices, manage user access rights (IAM), and ensure data integrity.Deployment & OperationsAssist with application deployments, perform system upgrades, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.Monitoring & PerformanceUtilize tools like Amazon CloudWatch to monitor resource utilization, performance, and availability.AutomationDevelop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, deployments, and maintenance using techniques like AWS CloudFormation.Cost OptimizationMonitor billing, implement cost-saving strategies, and utilize resource tagging for effective cost allocation.CollaborationWork with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services into the cloud environment.Core Skills
Experience with core AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, Route53, and CloudWatch.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell) for automation.Understanding of networking concepts within cloud environments.Knowledge of security principles and best practices for the cloud.Ability to manage infrastructure as code (IaC).
