Senior Administrator - Identity & Access Management

Role Overview: As an IAM L1 Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to assist in user provisioning and de-provisioning tasks for various systems like Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, and LDAP. You will be involved in password management support, access control support, identity lifecycle management, access requests and approvals, incident and issue resolution, documentation and knowledge base management, end-user support and training, system and access audits, and basic troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, and LDAP. - Ensure accurate provisioning of user access based on roles, departments, and permissions defined in access control policies. - Process user access requests and update account information in relevant IAM systems. - Help in password reset requests and troubleshoot user login issues related to password complexity or account lockouts. - Review user roles and permissions in Active Directory and Okta to ensure compliance with access control policies. - Monitor identity lifecycle including user onboarding, role assignments, and offboarding in systems like SailPoint, Okta, and Active Directory. - Manage and process user access requests, including coordinating approval workflows with business units and managers. - Handle basic IAM incidents, document and track issues in the ticketing system, and escalate complex problems to higher-level analysts. - Document IAM processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for consistent practices. - Provide end-user support regarding IAM tools, communicate changes or updates clearly, and offer guidance on accessing resources and security features. - Assist with audits of user access, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and perform basic troubleshooting for common IAM issues. Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Active Directory, and LDAP. - Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts, authentication methods, and directory services. - Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for IAM issues and handle access-related problems professionally. - Understanding of security principles, customer service skills, and attention to detail for managing permissions and sensitive data securely.,
