Senior Administrative Assistant - Site Level

Role Overview: You will be joining the Hardware Engineering Team at Apple as a Senior Administrative Assistant based in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks in a fast-paced engineering environment. Your proactive nature, excellent judgment, and exceptional problem-solving skills will be key in contributing to the team's success. You should be prepared to adapt to the dynamic nature of the Indian technology industry and support the hardware R&D team's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate employee moves, order and manage supplies, schedule team efforts, plan events, and handle facilities requests - Work independently and collaboratively, anticipate team needs, and take initiative to complete tasks/projects - Exercise sound business judgment, possess strong organizational skills, and interact effectively with individuals across various job functions and levels - Report to a senior engineer manager and a senior executive assistant, while collaborating with other administrators globally Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in administrative and/or facilities support roles - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Language proficiency in English (professional level) is mandatory, while proficiency in major Indian dialects (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Tamil) is highly desirable - High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information - Experience supporting larger teams in India and collaborating cross-functionally - Willingness to support staff relations events, leadership forums, and occasional domestic travel - Familiarity with Mac and Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages) is preferred Note: The job posting does not include any additional details about the company.,
