Administrative & Vendor management Responsibilities:
1. Ensure adherence to real estate laws and regulations in documentation and transactions.
2. End to end responsibility for the organization's Offline & Traditional Marketing agenda.
3. Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, coordinating with the outdoor and other marketing vendors.
4. Managing and coordinating for the events
5. Getting the outdoor Innovation done
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and standards.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communication and conflict resolution.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications.
9. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per organizational requirements.
10. Front Desk responsibilities
10. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and standards.
11. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
12. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
13. Monitor expenses and budgets for various projects and transactions
14. Assist in processing property-related legal documents and contracts.
15. Support the accounts team with invoice generation, payments, and financial records.
16. Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, properties, and transactions.
17. Ensure records are accurate, updated, and comply with legal and company requirements
